Description Designed with ten adjustable chambers, the Vector® X is the most adjustable positioning cushion in the series. Coccyx, I.T., and sacrum bony prominence’s each have a dedicated chamber that can be partially or fully offloaded giving the maximum healing opportunity for any stage of wound. Split and elevated lateral chambers are independently adjustable for accommodating lateral pelvic asymmetries. Adjustable medial thigh support chamber accommodates varied abduction needs for the user. The coccygeal bottom insert serves as a pelvic stabilizer and allows for greater offloading of the I.T. region by deepening the pelvic well. Coccygeal insert must be removed for laundering.
