This third revision features a next-generation keybed, which delivers dynamic performances and accurate velocity response, while the eight drum pads have been upgraded to real, velocity-sensitive MPC drum pads, offering optimal feel and response for optimal expression. The built-in speaker has also been upgraded to deliver increased output and added low-end response. The MPK Mini Play MK3’s sound engine features 128 onboard drum and keyboard sounds. The controller can be powered by 4 x AA batteries, which provide up to 14 hours of performance, making it ready to play whenever and wherever you are. The unit can be bus-powered via the Class-Compliant USB MIDI port, which provides true plug-and-play operation with no need for drivers.
